The MEDICFX Scapular Gun Shot Wound is a wearable trauma model designed to replicate a ballistic injury to the scapula (shoulder blade region). Made from soft, skin-like silicone with embedded mesh for durability, it provides lifelike realism while being rugged enough for repeated tactical use. Equipped with adjustable webbing straps for secure placement and integrated bloodlines for simulated bleeding, this model delivers immersive, high-stress training scenarios for tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) and prehospital trauma management.

Secure the model to the SP or manikin using the integrated webbing straps.
Connect bloodlines to a fluid reservoir if simulated bleeding is required.
Conceal edges with tactical clothing for realism.
Add extra moulage (blood, dirt, bruising) as needed — easily removable after training.

Wash silicone with warm soapy water; disinfect with isopropyl alcohol.
Veltex backing fabric can be hand-washed in warm soapy water and dried flat.
Use translucent powder to reduce shine if required.
Dry thoroughly with a soft towel or hairdryer.
Store clean and dry, in a cool dark environment.

MEDICFX warrants the Trauma Kit MP1000 against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.

Excludes: normal wear and tear (cuts, stains, fading), misuse, or improper cleaning.

If defective, MEDICFX may repair, replace, or refund.

All claims must be supported with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
