The most realistic and versatile trauma sleeve for major limb trauma training

This silicone trauma wrap is designed to replicate the appearance and realism of a traumatic amputation, particularly around a bent knee. Made with soft, skin-like silicone reinforced with embedded mesh, it combines flexibility with durability. The integrated Velcro closure and Veltex backing fabric allow for quick application and adjustable sizing, making it suitable for standardised patients.

Adhere the Veltex backing fabric to the Velcro on one side of the silicone piece.
Wrap the sleeve around the SP or manikin’s limb.
Secure the other side with the Velcro closure.
Hide edges with clothing or bandages to match the scenario.
Add bruising, blood, or dirt for enhanced realism; these can be easily cleaned off after use.

The Trauma Wrap Around Sleeve is designed for:
Trauma and wound care scenarios
Haemorrhage recognition and management
Dressing, bandaging, and moulage enhancement with blood or dirt
Use on both SPs and compatible manikins

Wash silicone with warm soapy water; disinfect with isopropyl alcohol.
Veltex backing fabric can be hand-washed in warm soapy water and dried flat.
Use translucent powder to reduce shine if required.
Dry thoroughly with a soft towel or hairdryer.
Store clean and dry, in a cool dark environment.

MEDICFX warrants the Trauma Kit MP1000 against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.

Excludes: normal wear and tear (cuts, stains, fading), misuse, or improper cleaning.

If defective, MEDICFX may repair, replace, or refund.

All claims must be supported with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
