This thermoplastic material can be shaped and reshaped any number of times until you get the exact fit or shape that you want. 

Place the beads into boiling water, and they will go transparent, you can then remove them from the water and mold them around your teeth. If you need a little more time, pop them back into the water and keep moulding.
