The Maternity and Neonatal Bundle is a complete, high-fidelity training set developed for obstetric and neonatal simulation. Designed in response to increased demand for flexible, realistic, and repairable training tools, this bundle brings together key components to support a wide range of birthing and newborn care scenarios.

Baby Aiden – Full term newborn model
• Approximately 38–40 weeks gestation
• Length: 42 cm. Head circumference: 33 cm. Weight: 2.5 kg
• Platinum silicone body with flexible limbs
• Intubatable airway with visible chest rise
• Umbilical stump with three bloodlines for simulated blood collection
• Soft chest for two-finger resuscitation practice
• Hand-finished with mohair hair and silicone-based vernix
• Includes bodysuit, pacifier, soft wrap, hat, care kit (shampoo and baby powder), and travel bag

Placenta and Umbilical Cord
• Super-soft platinum silicone
• Umbilical cord includes three bloodlines and can be filled for practice blood draws
• Optional magnetic dome system for easy attachment to Baby Aiden

• Cord length: 46 cm, diameter: 2 cm

Silicone Uterus
• Stretchy and durable silicone
• Designed to hold the baby and placenta securely
• Can be closed with the included cable ties
• Option to add simulated amniotic fluid using a water-filled condom

Medium Pregnant Belly
• Simulates a 5–7 month pregnancy
• Made from sturdy but flexible silicone
• Velcro sides and Veltex fabric backing for adjustable fit
• Designed to accommodate the uterus and baby through a top opening
• Compatible with various manikins or standardised patients

Materials
All components are made from high-quality platinum silicone. Hairwork uses mohair. Newborn finish is created using a silicone-based vernix.

Care and storage instructions
• Clean with warm soapy water and disinfect using isopropyl alcohol
• Dry thoroughly with a towel or hairdryer
• Do not submerge Baby Aiden in water
• Wipe shiny or oily surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and apply baby powder
• Store in a cool, dark, dry location

Warranty
• Six-month warranty on silicone components with normal use
• No warranty on hairwork
• All models are handmade and may have minor imperfections or colour variations
• Repairs can be made using the FX Silicone Repair Kit
